Yesterday afternoon, I was sitting in a hospital waiting room when the cutest elderly couple came in. They came to sit next to me, and since I was in the middle seat, I switched to the farthest chair. I thought they might want to sit together. As I sat in my new seat, the man looked at me and said, “I wish you hadn’t done that…” As I looked at him confused he continued, “She’s been stalking me since Jersey.”
As him and his wife laughed along together, my heart melted. That right there is what I want, I thought to myself. The silliness and the playfulness of loving someone. That’s just the best feeling ever. I texted my boyfriend immediately, telling him this little story, in which he responded, “You’re such a dweeb.” Yup, I thought to myself, this is the best feeling ever.
